Phillip Perez aka Article is currently on phase 1 of this 3 part outdoor mural based on photos he took of the Metro area. He was commissioned to compile a collage of the buildings with the iconic blue neon lights that light up the night sky in an artistic way. This section is almost complete and is on public display for onlookers and photo opportunities.
